Our one off Trial Class is aimed at those who have a background in martial arts or a striking system already.

Perhaps you are transferring from another club or you just want to get started with our classes right away, as you have a long term training goal.

Teenagers and juniors should book a single trial session at Ealing/Hammersmith to see how the classes look and feel, as the 4-week course is for our adult classes only.

There is no commitment to our membership and after the trial class you can sign up or simply walk away.

Time has value to all of us, so we do request a trial class fee but if you are really serious and decide to sign up within 48 hours of your trial class, we'll credit half of the trial class fee towards your joining fee, saving you £10 (adult trials) only.

Our adults only Beginners Basic Training option is aimed at those who have little or no self defence, martial arts or combat sports experience.

If you are planning to learn Krav Maga for the long term, this is a great way to learn the basics principles, some simple techniques and some common Krav Maga terminology, before joining our weekly classes.

Each course takes place on 4 consecutive Saturdays from 10:20 to 11:30 at The Gauntlet Fight Academy in Ealing. The programme covers some basic self-defence techniques, situational awareness, and practical drills, to prepare you to join our weekly classes, as a full member and with confidence.
