Beginner’s Basic Training: 4-Week Intro to Krav Maga
Our Beginners Basic Training option is aimed at those who have little or no self defence, martial arts or combat sports experience.
If you are planning to learn Krav Maga for the long term, this is a great way to learn the basics principles, some simple techniques and some common Krav Maga terminology, before joining our weekly classes.
Once you sign up to a basic training programme, we'll send you a booking confirmation with all the information that you will need. This is not your automated booking receipt. If you do not receive the 'booking confirmation' email within 48 hours of your booking, please first check your spam/junk then email us.
Each course normally takes place on 4 consecutive Thursdays from 19:20 to 20:30 at The Nuffield Health Gym in Paddington (Sheldon Square).

Booking & Cancellation Information
PLEASE NOTE: Booking closes 5pm on Monday 12th January 2026
All health declarations must be completed before participants can start any physical training on the course.
Refunds will not be actioned for non-attendance or less than 24 hours notice for cancellation.
If you're able to give more than 24 hours notice to request a change to your booking, we may offer you a one off transfer to the next available course dates.
This option is at our discretion and only if there is an immediate course within 30 days of your original course start date.
