FEARLESS - Women's 4-hour Intensive Self Defence Course
To recognise International Women's Day (8th March), we will be running a FREE women's self defence course on Saturday 7th March 2026.
This FREE event is a collaboration of Team TKM & the Gauntlet Fight Academy in Ealing, supported by the London Borough of Ealing and the Metropolitan Police.
This short but intensive women's only self defence workshop will run over 4 hours. This event is aimed at beginners or those who are new to Self Defence..
Applicants will be sent a booking confirmation by email. Please ensure you read this email carefully and complete the pre-event questionnaire. Without the completed registration forms, your booking will not be complete and your FREE place is not guaranteed and may be offered to others on the waiting list. This event is limited to 16 participants.
This is an intensive, 4-hour, physically and mentally demanding SELF DEFENCE course, specifically for WOMEN. Are you ready to become FEARLESS?
During the training you will learn self-defence and striking skills to challenge and fight back against an attacker. You will also be shown how to increase your spatial awareness by scanning the area around you, how to engage your controlled aggression and determination, as well as techniques to try and avoid or prevent a situation escalating from verbal to physical.
Our aim is that by the end of the training, each participant will have learned enough to be mentally prepared to take on one of our instructors who will be wearing a protective suit. During this stress drill, our trained instructor will simulate an attacker trying to assault you, to grab you and may try to take you down onto the floor. You will need to call upon your newly acquired skills, to manage your stress levels, the adrenaline rush, to think logically and fight off your attacker and then escape to safety.
Event Details
All participants must be over the age of 18 years old. We will send you full details of clothing, directions and other details in your booking confirmation, by email.
PLEASE CHECK your email junk/ spam folders if you have not received a full confirmation email from us with 24 hours of making your booking. This will be different from your automated booking receipt and will contain a link to complete a heath declaration.
Be advised: This is a physically demanding & practical self-defence course. You will be punching and kicking pads, you will be fighting and doing techniques on the floor at times and you will be working in close proximity with another female training partner. This full contact event is about training for a real self-defence situation.

Please check your email (including junk or spam folders). Read your booking confirmation carefully and make sure you complete the pre-event questionairre in full and submit it back to us, soon as you receive it, to secure your booking.
Registration closes at midnight on Thursday 5th March 2026.
You MUST register in advance. We do not accept walk-ins. If you haven't completed your pre-event questionnaire by 5th March, we will assume you are no longer interested in attending and your space may be offered to someone on the waiting list.
If you need to cancel your registration, please inform us by email or call the number on your booking confirmation as soon as possible, so we can offer your place to someone else on the waiting list.
