Take Your Training to the Limit... During our RUSH events we aim to train as realistically as possible. We want you to feel the adrenaline 'rush' in a safe and controlled environment. You will experience some levels of physical and mental stress, like in a real fight or confrontation but we'll coach you and help your training to kick in.

This is what you trained for... Test yourself, see what your limits are and check how skilful you have become.

Participants will be working on a number of ground fight and stand up fight and self defence situations.

You will receive full details of the equipment recommended with their booking confirmation. We recommend full protective gear for this event including head guards, mouth guards, knee, elbow pads as well as your normal protective gear.
